Had a wonderful time Sunday evening on radio KEOS with Ann Preston. I read a section of the story "Riff Raff" (with some redacted language, of course, and, yes, people in the station were laughing when the poor old man's teeth went flying) and the poem "Dakota." I brought along a short piece of writing from one of my prison students, which Ann read. We talked about teaching, creativity, writing--it was fun!
